Homer’s official Centriq shutdown FAQ, published January 20, 2026, says Centriq’s services and servers were taken offline in late 2025 and that information not exported before shutdown can no longer be accessed through Centriq.
A realistic migration path
HomeSteward cannot retrieve records from Centriq’s offline servers. It can help organize files or details you already possess.
Preserve any Centriq CSV export, photos, receipts, manuals, and other files somewhere safe before reorganizing them.
HomeSteward’s free CSV importer recognizes its supported Centriq-format fields and shows records for review before writing them to your local database.
Add missing appliances, systems, dates, and history manually. Common maintenance intervals are clearly labeled generic estimates that you can edit.

Your next record stays portable
HomeSteward can export its item, maintenance-plan, and history tables without Pro. Those CSV files include their declared columns and stable identifiers.
They do not include receipt/nameplate images, manual PDF bytes, or all app settings, so they are not a complete restorable backup. That limitation is shown plainly in the app and support documentation.
